These terms govern the public visual showcase and, once released, the native iOS edition of The Unwritten War. By using either experience, you agree to use it lawfully and within the boundaries below.
The website is a view-only marketing and visual-approval surface. Its gallery controls switch between representative scenes but do not create a campaign, accept combat input, serve advertising, or process payments. Features shown are subject to device capability, production testing and App Store approval.
The iOS game is licensed for personal, non-commercial use through the App Store; it is not sold as source code or transferred as intellectual property. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, interfere with services, evade purchase verification, manipulate Game Center results, or use the game to violate applicable law.
Officer’s Edition is intended as a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase tied to the purchaser’s Apple ID. StoreKit determines entitlement and restoration. The free edition may show paced advertisements only at eligible chapter breaks and through explicit optional rewarded-intelligence requests. Advertising availability and rewards are not guaranteed, and no purchase or advertisement sells competitive power.
The game depicts real countries, people, places, regimes, equipment and wartime events—including totalitarian leaders—for contextual, critical and educational storytelling. Their inclusion is not endorsement or glorification. Counterfactual campaigns and altered outcomes are fictional and must not be treated as historical fact.
Local campaigns may be lost if the app or device data is removed. Game Center, StoreKit and Google advertising or consent services are operated by their respective providers and are also governed by those providers’ terms. See the Privacy Policy for data practices.
The developer may correct defects, rebalance systems, change presentation, discontinue online integrations, or update these terms. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve permanent purchase entitlements and local campaign compatibility, but uninterrupted availability is not promised.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and game are provided as available without guarantees beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. The developer is not responsible for indirect loss caused by device failure, third-party service interruption, unauthorized modification, or use outside the intended license. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
